Salary Range: R189 599.00 – R213 912.00 per annum

Requirements:
A recognized Degree/ National Diploma in Office Management / Public Management/ Public Administration/ Management Assistant. At least 2 years of experience in administrative/ secretariat functions. Knowledge and understanding of Coltech System. Knowledge of TVET Sector will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Records Management of documents. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface with people at different levels and diverse backgrounds. Good telephone etiquette and experience in using computer applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Always maintain confidentiality. Good organisational and basic events management skills. Basic knowledge of financial administration, including budgets, and managing cash flow.

Key Performance Areas:
Responsible for assisting with the registration of learners’ applications on the SETAs registration system Process registration of new and returning students on Coltech System. Compile weekly and monthly reports. Assisting with drafting and compiling letters, submissions, memos, and other official correspondence. Assist with audit requests. Handle enquiries from various stakeholders, coordinate meetings and arrange the logistics timeously in preparation for the meetings, travelling and accommodation handle record keeping of official documents. Provide general administration support in the Section. Perform any other duties delegated by the Supervisor.
